The Deputy Head of Boutique is a pivotal leader within the Fashion division and a true Brand Advocate for CHANEL. This role embodies the CHANEL difference by delivering exceptional retail leadership and cultivating a boutique environment that reflects the brand's values. Acting as a strategic deputy business partner, the Deputy Head of Boutique inspires and manages the boutique team to achieve the mission of the brand, and is the primary driver of effective day-to-day operations in the boutique.

Overseeing mega-sized boutique, the Deputy Head of Boutique is responsible driving overall boutique business growth and executing strategic actions of the designated product category within Fashion, Watches, and Fine Jewelry in the Boutique.

The role also supports the strategy and priorities of the Head of Boutique in upholding the highest standards of image within the boutiques and demonstrating a strong commitment to the personal and professional development of all team members.
