About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect with strong expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Oracle Talent Management to join our team in Singapore.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Oracle HCM solutions, providing functional and architectural leadership, and working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver successful Oracle HCM implementations and transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the solution design and architecture for Oracle HCM Cloud, with a primary focus on ORC and Talent.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, best-practice Oracle HCM solutions.
- Define functional architecture, solution design, integrations, configurations, and overall solution approach.
- Provide expert guidance on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Oracle Talent Management modules.
- Lead discussions with business stakeholders, HR leadership, and technical teams to understand requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Review and validate functional designs, configurations, integrations, and technical solutions.
- Drive solution governance and ensure adherence to Oracle HCM best practices.
- Support implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle, including design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and Oracle HCM transformation.
- Mentor functional consultants and provide architectural guidance to project teams.
- Participate in client workshops, solution demonstrations, and presales activities when required.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 12–16 years of overall experience in Oracle HCM / HR technology, with significant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Strong hands-on and solution architecture experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
- Strong expertise in Oracle Talent Management.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering end-to-end Oracle HCM solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and the ability to map business requirements to Oracle HCM functionality.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business, functional, and technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead solution design discussions and independently drive architectural decisions.
Preferred / Good to Have
- Experience across additional Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence, Compensation, Performance, Learning, or Workforce Management.
- Experience with Oracle HCM integrations and related technologies.
- Experience in Oracle HCM transformation / implementation programs.
- Exposure to large-scale or multi-country Oracle HCM implementations.
- Consulting or client-facing experience in a global environment.
Mandatory Requirement
Valid Singapore Work Permit is mandatory.
