MPC Cloud Consulting Pvt Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Oracle HCM Solution Architect with deep expertise in ORC and Talent Management to design scalable HCM solutions and lead architectural decisions.

The role requires leadership across stakeholders, end-to-end solution design, and governance to ensure successful Oracle HCM implementations and transformations for clients in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 12–16 years of overall experience in Oracle HCM / HR technology, with significant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong hands-on and solution architecture experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
• Strong expertise in Oracle Talent Management.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering end-to-end Oracle HCM solutions.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and the ability to map business requirements to Oracle HCM functionality.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business, functional, and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead solution design discussions and independently drive architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the solution design and architecture for Oracle HCM Cloud, with a primary focus on ORC and Talent.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, best-practice Oracle HCM solutions.
• Define functional architecture, solution design, integrations, configurations, and overall solution approach.
• Provide expert guidance on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Oracle Talent Management modules.
• Lead discussions with business stakeholders, HR leadership, and technical teams to understand requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Review and validate functional designs, configurations, integrations, and technical solutions.
• Drive solution governance and ensure adherence to Oracle HCM best practices.
• Support implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle, including design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and Oracle HCM transformation.
• Mentor functional consultants and provide architectural guidance to project teams.
• Participate in client workshops, solution demonstrations, and presales activities when required.
