Job description

Job Title: Oracle Functional Consultant - Finance / Procurement / Projects

Location:Singapore

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Oracle Functional Consultants with expertise in Finance, Procurement, or Projects modules to join a long-term transformation program in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of hands‑on Oracle delivery experience and a strong track record in end‑to‑end implementation and support engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end Oracle implementations, upgrades, and rollouts across Finance, Procurement, or Projects modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct solution design workshops, and translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Configure Oracle modules in alignment with business processes and best practices.
• Work closely with technical teams for integrations, data migration, reporting, and customizations.
• Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Provide functional expertise during issue resolution, stabilization, and hypercare phases.
• Engage stakeholders across finance, supply chain, and project management functions to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 7+ years of Oracle functional consulting experience (Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud).
• Strong domain expertise in at least one of the following areas:
  • Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
  • Oracle Procurement (PO, iProcurement, Sourcing, Inventory)
  • Oracle Projects (Project Costing, Billing, Grants, Resource Management)
• Proven experience in at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, procurement, or project accounting.
• Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale transformation or regional rollouts.
• Familiarity with integrations and reporting tools.
• Oracle certification is a plus.
