Job description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration and optimisation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and HR processes
• Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Learning and Time & Labour
• Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions or enhancements
• Support integrations with other systems and third-party applications
• Develop test scripts and support UAT and system testing
• Provide user training, documentation and ongoing support
• Assist with system upgrades, enhancements and continuous improvement
• Create reports and dashboards using OTBI / BI Publisher

Skills & Experience

• 6–12 years’ experience working with Oracle Fusion / Oracle HCM Cloud
• Strong functional knowledge across Core HR, Payroll, Absence and Talent modules
• Experience supporting implementations or L2/L3 production support
• Knowledge of BPM workflow configuration and HCM security setup
• Desirable: experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher and integrations
