Job summary

Exasoft Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced data migration specialist to lead Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM migrations in Singapore. You will own discovery, mapping, extraction, transformation, loading and reconciliation of HR data, and build templates for core modules.

You will prepare loads using HDL/HSDL, validate results with stakeholders, and support SIT/UAT, cutover and post-go-live reconciliation while maintaining complete documentation and data security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years data migration experience.
• 3+ years working with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Hands-on HDL and HSDL, including file prep and error resolution.
• Strong SQL, data transformation, cleansing and reconciliation skills.
• Experience migrating data from Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, SAP or other legacy HR platforms.
• Participation in at least two end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations or migrations.
• Oracle Payroll migration experience is a plus.
• Certification in Oracle HCM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own data migration activities, including discovery, mapping, extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading and reconciliation.
• Develop migration templates and source-to-target mappings for relevant HCM modules, such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management and Compensation.
• Prepare and execute data loads using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL), as applicable.
• Migrate workforce structures, employee records, assignments and other relevant HR data, including historical and effective-dated records.
• Investigate load errors, resolve data issues and validate results with functional consultants and business owners.
• Execute mock migrations, support SIT and UAT, and manage final cutover loads and post-go-live reconciliation.
• Maintain migration specifications, validation reports, issue logs and cutover documentation.
• Handle sensitive employee data in accordance with project security and privacy requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant data migration experience, including 3 years working with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Hands‑on experience with HDL and HSDL, including file preparation, dependency sequencing and error resolution.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM business objects, effective dating and relationships between HR data entities.
• Proficiency in SQL and data transformation, cleansing and reconciliation techniques.
• Experience migrating data from Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, SAP or other legacy HR platforms.
• Participation in at least two end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation or migration projects.
• Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Oracle Payroll migration, including balances and statutory data, where relevant to project scope.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher and HCM Extracts.
• Oracle HCM certification and experience supporting multi‑country implementations.
