Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia seeks an experienced Oracle HCM specialist to lead the chosen module (Absence/Time, Learning, Expenses, Workforce Planning). You will configure workflows, collaborate with integration and data migration leads, and conduct workshops to capture requirements.

The role spans multiple geographies and involves end-user training and knowledge transfer. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of hands-on Oracle HCM experience, strong HR process knowledge, and excellent stakeholder

• Strong understanding of HR processes across Absence/Time, Expenses, and related areas.
• Experience in large-scale HR cloud transformation projects across geographies.

We are seeking Oracle HCM specialists to lead one module only:

• Absence/Time
• Learning
• Expenses
• Workforce Planning
• Integration Middleware (OIC, SOA, ESB)
• Historical Data Migration (HDL, HCM Data Loader)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of your assigned Oracle HCM module
• Facilitate business workshops to capture functional and technical requirements
• Configure module workflows, rules, and security roles in accordance with organisational policies
• Oversee development of RICEW objects for your module (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
• Collaborate with Integration and Data Migration leads to ensure cross module and cross system alignment
• Develop test scenarios, scripts, and lead UAT for your functional area
• Deliver end user training, quick reference guides, and knowledge transfer sessions
• Provide subject matter expertise during cut over planning and post go live hypercare
• Monitor Oracle HCM quarterly updates for your module and plan controlled rollouts

Skills & Experience

• 5 – 10 years of deep, hands on experience in the specific Oracle HCM module you are applying for
• Strong understanding of relevant HR processes (e.g., workforce scheduling for Absence/Time, expense policy for Expenses)
• For Integration Leads: expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, REST/SOAP web services
• For Data Migration Leads: advanced proficiency in HDL, HCM Extracts, and ETL tools
• Experience in large scale HR cloud transformation projects, preferably across multiple geographies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions
