This role suits professionals building consulting expertise and hands-on configuration skills with guidance from Senior and Lead Consultants. The position involves configuring HCM Cloud modules, collaborating on solution design, participating in SIT/UAT, data validation and migration, and producing configuration documents.

Job Description – Oracle HCM Consultant

We specialize in delivering end-to-end HR technology solutions with a strong focus on Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM and HR digital transformation.

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated Oracle HCM Consultant to support Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support projects. This role is ideal for professionals who are building their consulting expertise and are keen to develop hands-on configuration skills across Oracle HCM modules under the guidance of Senior and Lead Consultants.

Experience

• 2–6 years of overall HCM / ERP experience.

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.

• Experience working on at least one Oracle HCM implementation or support engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on functional and business requirements.

• Support requirement gathering sessions and contribute to solution design discussions.

• Assist in testing cycles including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Support data validation, data migration, and integration activities.

• Prepare configuration documents, functional specifications, and user guides.

• Provide post-go-live support and assist in resolving functional issues.

• Collaborate with Senior and Lead Consultants to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

• Proactively learn new Oracle HCM modules and best practices to broaden consulting capabilities.

Required Skills

• Basic hands-on configuration experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.

• Foundational understanding of HR business processes.

• Good communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment.

• Ability to work collaboratively within cross‑functional project teams.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (Associate level).

• Familiarity with reporting tools and integration concepts.

• Willingness to work across multiple Oracle HCM modules.
