Rolling Arrays in Singapore is seeking a Data Migration Consultant to drive HDL-based Oracle HCM migrations across client implementations. You will build, run, and validate HDL/HSDL data loads, ensuring accuracy and auditability throughout mock and production cutovers.

The role requires 2–3 years of Oracle HCM data migration experience, strong mapping and transformation skills, and a disciplined approach to error resolution and data reconciliation.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of Oracle HCM or HR data migration experience with HDL execution
• Hands-on HDL files submission, error output reading, and independent fixes
• Familiar with the Oracle HCM worker data model: Person, WorkRelationship, Assignment, and their load sequence
• Proficiency in Excel for data transformation, field mapping; SQL or Python is a plus
• Systematic error resolution approach and data reconciliation discipline

Responsabilidades

• Build HDL data files with awareness of the business object hierarchy across HCM modules
• Design source-to-target field mapping with transformation logic
• Execute data loads in development and test environments and resolve root causes
• Perform data reconciliation at every mock cycle including OTBI-based checks
• Build and maintain data mapping documentation, load run logs, and reconciliation reports
