Lumilens Inc. is seeking an experienced Optical Transceiver Product Engineer to drive manufacturing readiness and execution from development to high-volume production. You will work with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure quality, yield, reliability, and cost targets across 800G/1.6T platforms.

You will own NPI support, product transfers, and DFM alignment while leading root-cause analyses and continuous improvement initiatives to scale production effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-volume optical transceiver manufacturing.
• Experience with 800G and 1.6T products.
• Experience with NPI and product/manufacturing transfers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, globally distributed team.

Responsabilités

• Support NPI and product transfer, including ramp at CM sites with validation before mass production.
• End-to-end manufacturing ownership and change control per QMS.
• Lead yield, quality, reliability, and cost improvement efforts.
• Maintain manufacturing BOM accuracy and drive cost improvements.
• Analyze and implement continuous improvement plans to improve yield and throughput.
• Track test results and ensure spec compliance.
• Lead debug and root-cause analyses for yield excursions and field returns.
• Collaborate on product documentation, qualification testing, and DFM.
• Prepare product/process reports and trends.
