Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in high-volume optical transceiver manufacturing.
• Experience with optical assembly processes such as wire bond and die bond.
• Strong technical depth in manufacturing BOMs and yield analysis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all changes to product and processes are under change control.
• Track manufacturing test results and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with quality team for qualification testing planning and execution.
