Lumina Butter Atelier PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily store activities, ensure smooth opening/closing, uphold SOPs, and deliver a premium customer experience.
Lead a small team of promoters, handle staff scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews while coordinating inventory, purchasing, and stock control with headquarters. Oversee the daily operations of the retail store.
Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
Develop, implement, and improve operational SOPs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Continuously improve operational efficiency.
Recruit, train, and supervise promoters.
Prepare staff schedules and manpower planning.
Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
Ensure staff are knowledgeable, motivated, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Foster a positive and professional working environment.
Oversee inventory planning and stock replenishment.
Forecast inventory requirements based on sales trends.
Ensure FIFO inventory rotation and monitor expiry dates.
Conduct regular stock audits and investigate discrepancies.
Coordinate purchase orders with suppliers and headquarters.
Minimize stock loss and product wastage.
Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service.
Resolve customer feedback and complaints professionally.
Gather customer insights to improve products and service.
Maintain a premium shopping experience that reflects the Press Butter Sand brand.
Ensure the store is maintained according to brand guidelines.
Maintain excellent store cleanliness and presentation.
Ensure displays, pricing, and promotional materials are accurate and attractive.
Protect and uphold the premium image of the brand.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in inventory management, purchasing, and stock control.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and POS systems.
Experience in project management or new store openings is an advantage.
Able to work weekends and public holidays when required.
