Job summary

Julius Baer in Singapore backs back-office operations within the Operations Control area for Singapore and Hong Kong Booking Centres. The role supports Client Performance Reporting and Data Quality Management, handling daily processing and data controls.

You will work with internal partners and external providers to deliver accurate statements and reconciliations, participate in new initiatives, and drive process improvements with a focus on risk and control.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified; 2+ years in private banking or related area.
• Solid understanding of client performance reporting calculations.
• Familiarity with core banking and performance reporting systems (T24, Triple’A Plus).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal partners and external providers on client performance enquiries, controls and statements.
• Provide high-quality business support to front unit and daily operations.
• Support daily position reconciliation between T24 and Triple’A Plus; assist with new initiatives.
• Identify process improvements for scalability and cost optimization.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain control disciplines.
