Julius Baer in Singapore seeks a Middle Office Specialist to provide day-to-day FX trade support, ensure timely processing, and maintain control across the trade lifecycle. You will partner with FX Sales, Trading, Front Office, and Operations to resolve issues and support regional objectives.

You will contribute to system enhancements and new product initiatives, manage lifecycle events of FX products and OTC derivatives, and deliver regular controls and reports.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant working experience, specifically in middle office FX support.
• Strong understanding of the use of order management processes and core banking systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with fluency in English; Mandarin would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day FX trade support and controls across the FX business.
• Collaborate with FX Sales and Trading, Front Office, Operations and external counterparties to resolve issues.
• Contribute to system and process enhancements, new product initiatives, and projects to improve efficiency.
• Manage lifecycle events of FX products, structured products, OTC derivatives, etc.
• Conduct regular control checks and produce relevant reports.
