Job summary

POH WAH MACHINERY & TRADING PTE LTD is seeking a logistics and sales support coordinator in Singapore. You will coordinate transport, liaise with customers and on-site personnel, and handle inquiries with prompt, professional service.

You will also provide pre-delivery and after-sales administrative support and manage export documents. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics, planning, customer service, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with computer-based systems.
• Strong coordination, communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented, accountable and good time management.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to respond to work phone after office hours for urgent cases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport arrangements and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely deployment of equipment.
• Liaise with customers, site personnel and internal teams on site clearance and required documentation.
• Handle customer enquiries via email, phone and messaging platforms, providing prompt and professional support.
• Provide pre-delivery and after-sales administrative support.
• Prepare and process sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, proforma invoices, packing lists and other documents.
• Manage export documentation and ensure all required documents are complete and maintained.
• Maintain filing and documentation records.
• Maintain up-to-date equipment certifications and related documentation.
• Perform data entry and keep accurate sales and operational records.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Sales Department.
