Job summary

Talent Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage import/export, inventory transfers, and daily warehouse activities at Penjuru Lane.

You will update WMS, liaise with customers and internal teams, monitor KPIs, and provide after-hours support when required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected, and prior logistics or warehousing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and WMS is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import, export, and inventory transfer activities.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with warehouse operations team on daily activities.
• Monitor and support departmental KPIs.
• Provide operational support when required, including after office hours or weekends.
