Job summary

OCBC Group seeks a seasoned transformation-focused professional to drive digital solutions for the RM Marketing and Servicing Journey. You will collaborate with product owners, engineers, operations, and designers across geographies to deliver end-to-end improvements in employee and customer experience.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in building software products and business process re-engineering.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence change.
• Experience with Agile development frameworks and transformation initiatives.
• Advantage: exposure to front-office roles.

Responsibilities

• Complement the existing Product Owners in ideation, design, development, and launch of digital solutions to enhance employee/customer experience.
• Develop transformation strategy and manage corresponding workstreams/projects with cross-functional teams.
• Re-engineer policies and processes before digitalisation and automation.
• Act as the voice of the customer, integrating usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and build relationships to ensure adoption of new processes and tools.
• Advance the innovation and digital culture, actively managing transformation without over-engineering.
