You will manage onboarding/offboarding, incident tracking, and maintain SOPs while coordinating procurement and maintenance activities. This position requires strong multitasking and coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of IT or financial industry experience in an L1 support or operational role.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data/tabulation and presentations.
• Familiarity with IT incident and problem management tracking.
• Basic knowledge of HR administrative tools and vendor contract processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage eMemos, procurement tracking (PRs, POs, invoices, GR) and budgets.
• Monitor and update IT incident and problem tickets.
• Maintain audit records and SOPs on SharePoint/Confluence.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding: laptops, LAN IDs, staff passes, system access.
• Coordinate Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery, and scheduled maintenance windows.

About the Role

We are looking for a Production Support Analyst to provide operational, administrative, and light technical support for a major banking client. This is an on-site, L1 support role focused on keeping daily team operations, documentation, and coordination running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Admin: Manage eMemos, procurement tracking (Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, invoices, GR), and OPEX/CAPEX budgets.
• Service & Incident Tracking: Monitor and update IT incident and problem tickets.
• Documentation & Audits: Maintain audit records and write or update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on platforms like SharePoint and Confluence.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate smooth transitions for staff, including managing laptops, LAN IDs, staff passes, and system access.
• Continuity & Maintenance Support: Help coordinate Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery (DR), and scheduled maintenance windows (e.g., OS patching, Control-M, system health checks).

Requirements & Skills

• 1 to 4 years of relevant IT or financial industry experience in an L1 support or operational role.
• Technical & Software Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel for data tabulation/reporting, PowerPoint for presentations).
• Familiarity with IT incident and problem management tracking.
• Basic knowledge of HR administrative tools (e.g., Workday) and vendor contract processes.
• Soft Skills: Strong ability to multitask and prioritize high-volume tasks (such as managing multiple onboarding requests in a single day) without compromising quality.
