You will troubleshoot production issues, manage incidents and releases, and collaborate with global teams in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment. Role Summary

Provide L1/L2 production support for banking, financial trading, and digital asset platforms. Ensure system availability, troubleshoot production issues, manage incidents/releases, and collaborate with development, business, and global teams in a 24x7 support environment.

Mandatory Requirements

• 4+ years of L1/L2 Production/Application Support experience.
• Mandatory: Banking / Financial Services domain experience.
• Experience supporting financial trading, banking applications, or digital asset platforms.
• Strong experience in 24x7 production support, Incident Management, RCA, Problem Management, and SLA management.
• Hands-on Linux/Unix troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of AWS ECS and EC2.
• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes and Docker.
• Hands-on SQL with MariaDB/MySQL.
• Monitoring/log analysis using Grafana, Kibana, and OpenSearch.
• Experience with Jira and ITSM tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and application deployments.
• FIX protocol/client session troubleshooting experience.
• Scripting/automation knowledge in Bash, Python, or Java.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred

• Experience with ArgoCD/GitOps, SRE, automation, and observability.
• Experience supporting trading platforms, blockchain, or digital asset custody systems.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
