Job summary

Maersk is seeking a logistics administrator to liaise closely with customers and operations on order fulfilment, inventory and shipment activities.

You will generate KPIs and transactional reports for internal and external customers, verify vendor invoices, monitor warehouse supplies, raise POs for replenishment, and coordinate urgent orders with the team and transporter.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the logistics industry preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Warehouse Management System (WMS/Exceed).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with operations to provide information/feedback to customers on operational issues and coordinate to resolve issues.

Requirements
