Job summary

Cable Care Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a reliable technician/support assistant to handle customer service calls related to voice/data issues and assist with basic maintenance tasks.

You will work as part of a team, maintain project documentation, and create floor plans and rack layouts using PowerPoint and Excel, with clear opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Min GCE O level equivalent, ITE or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or related fields.
• Good computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a team.
• Singaporean citizen.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service calls regarding voice/data inquiries and complaints to meet SLA.
• Conduct first level technical, corrective & preventive maintenance.
• Consolidate and maintain patching lists, rack layout, floor plans, test results, etc.
• Prepare, compile and maintain documentation for projects.
• Generate and prepare schematic/floor plan/rack layout/trunking plans using PowerPoint/Excel.
• Generate patching lists and check accuracy.
• Prepare labels for panels, outlets and patch cables.

• Handles customer service calls with regard to voice/data inquiries & complaints to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is met;
• Conduct first level technical, corrective & preventive maintenance;
• Consolidate and maintain patching lists, rack layout, floor plans, test results etc;
• Prepare, compile and maintain proper documentation for projects;
• Generate and prepare schematic/floor plan/rack layout/trunking layout plans using computer aided software such as PowerPoint, Excel etc;
• Generate patching list and check on accuracy;
• Prepare labels for panels, outlets, patch cables etc.

Requirements

• Min GCE “O” level equivalent, ITE or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or related fields
• Good computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task
