Job summary

CABLE CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a technician to handle customer service calls regarding voice/data inquiries and complaints, ensure SLA adherence, and perform first level maintenance.

The role requires preparing documentation, maintaining patching lists, rack and floor plans, and generating layout plans using PowerPoint and Excel. Candidates should have at least a GCE O level equivalent with ITE or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical fields, be computer literate, and capable of multitasking;

Qualifications

• Min GCE “O” level equivalent, ITE or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or related fields.
• Good computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task
• A team-player with positive mind-set
• Singaporeans Only

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service calls with regard to voice/data inquiries & complaints to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is met
• Conduct first level technical, corrective & preventive maintenance
• Consolidate and maintain patching lists, rack layout, floor plans, test results etc
• Prepare, compile and maintain proper documentation for projects
• Generate and prepare schematic/floor plan/rack layout/trunking layout plans using computer aided software such as PowerPoint, Excel etc
• Generate patching list and check on accuracy
• Prepare labels for panels, outlets, patch cables etc.
