SUMMIT COMPANY (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to print, pick, pack and dispatch e-Commerce orders with FIFO discipline. You will inspect items, check labels and quantities, and assist with stock movements and returns in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires basic English, attention to detail, and the ability to stand for long periods while handling moderate loads. Working hours include mornings and weekends as listed, with performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Meticulous with a focus on accuracy in counting, labeling and packing.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Familiarity with e-Commerce seller centers is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Print, pick and pack orders from e-Commerce according to the packing list, following FIFO.
• Inspect products for defects, damage or quality issues before packing.
• Check labels, tracking numbers and quantities for accuracy.
• Pack, label and move parcels to the designated dispatch areas.
• Process customers returns by inspecting, restocking or flagging defective items.
• Assist with data entry for stock transfers, returns and outgoing stock.
• Check and replenish office and warehouse inventory.
• Verify items and quantities for incoming stock.
• Sort and clear trade return stock.
• Coordinate with courier services for parcel collection and drop off parcels when required.
• Ensure all documentations for inventory movements is complete and accurate.
• Keep the workplace clean and follow safety standard.
• Maintain and update product listings on e-Commerce platforms when required.

• Inspect products for defects, damage or quality issues before packing
• Check labels, tracking numbers and quantities for accuracy
• Pack, label and move parcels to the designated dispatch areas
• Process customers return by inspecting, restocking or flagging defective items
• Assist with data entry for stock transfers, returns and outgoing stock

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent
• Prior experience in warehouse, e-Commerce fulfilment or logistics will be an advantage
• Meticulous, with a focus on accuracy in counting, labelling and packing etc.
• Able to stand for long periods and handle heavy loads and carton boxes
• Able to read, write and understand English
• Basic computer skills if required
• Familiarity with e-Commerce seller centers is a plus
• Responsible, good team player, punctual, able to work independently as well as in a team
