Job summary

JUMBO GROUP OF RESTAURANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a part-time Logistics Assistant to support FMCG order processing, packing, and inventory control in Singapore.

The role runs 4-5 hours daily starting at 6:30am, with responsibilities across coordination with internal teams and external partners. You'll need a minimum GCE O/A levels or Diploma, good Excel/Word/Outlook skills, and solid communication and time management abilities.

Qualifications

• Part-time (4-5 hours daily) with 6:30am start.
• Minimum GCE O or A level / Diploma.
• Preferably related working experience.
• Able to stand, sit or walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Processing and coordinating FMCG items to customers.
• Processing and coordinating overseas orders for export.
• Liaise with Central Kitchen, freight forwarder, overseas customers and cross department on overseas orders.
• Packing of FMCG and overseas orders.
• Inventory control and monthly stocktaking.
• Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness.
• Administrative duties for logistics department (scheduling, leave, cash cards).
• Assist with other logistics duties assigned by Manager.

• Assist with all other logistics duties assigned by Manager

Job Requirements

• Part-time (4-5 hours daily) basis and willing to start work from 6:30am
• Minimum of GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ level/Diploma
• Preferably some related working experience
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
• Able to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Able to communicate effectively with team members to support operations and service standards.
• Organized, resourceful, proactive, reliable, strong attention to details
