Job summary

Have Fun Collective in Singapore seeks an experienced Outlet Manager to own performance across revenue, profitability, and service quality. You will lead and develop a team, plan marketing initiatives with HQ, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations with strong data reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of outlet/store management in entertainment, hospitality, F&B, nightlife, or retail, and a proven track record of improving customer experience and business results.

Qualifications

• Experience executing outlet-level marketing or promotional initiatives.

• Monitor KPIs and implement actions to improve business results.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate outlet staff to maintain operational standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labour productivity to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and submit monthly performance and other operational reports.

Key Responsibilities

Business Performance & Results

• Take ownership of outlet business performance including revenue, profitability, and operational stability.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement actions to improve business results.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective measures when necessary.

Marketing & Customer Growth

• Plan and execute outlet-level marketing initiatives aligned with HQ strategy.
• Drive customer engagement, repeat visits, and local promotional activities.
• Support customer relationship development and customer retention initiatives.

Team Leadership & Staff Development

• Lead, supervise, and motivate outlet staff to maintain operational standards.
• Develop and train team members to maintain consistent service quality.
• Support the development of supervisors or assistant managers within the team.

Outlet Operations Management

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain service standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labour productivity effectively.
• Maintain outlet environment, safety standards, and customer experience.

Data Awareness & Reporting

• Prepare and submit operational reports including monthly performance reports.
• Monitor business trends and explain performance fluctuations when necessary.
• Use operational data to support decision-making and performance improvement.

Compliance & Operational Standards

• Ensure compliance with company operational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and operational standards at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in outlet or store management, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, F&B, nightlife, or retail environments.
• Proven ability to manage outlet operations and deliver business performance results.
• Experience executing outlet-level marketing or promotional initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
