Job summary

AWS MARKET PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Production Team Lead for the butchery and seafood department across outlets in Singapore.

You will supervise a team, monitor inventory, ensure production schedules and targets, and uphold product quality and hygiene. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment such as bandsaws and meat grinders, optimizing workflows, and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of production in butchery & seafood department in various outlets.
• Monitor store inventory and manage food quality.
• Ensure can meet production schedule and target.
• Improve product standards and hygiene
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Safe Handling and maintaining of butchery machinery equipment eg: bandsaw/ meat grinder
• Attend call backs and emergency duties as when required.
