Job summary

GOGO TECH LTD is seeking a Logistics Operations role based in Singapore. You will manage daily logistics operations, plan routes, and coordinate drivers and driver-partners to ensure efficient delivery performance.

The role requires experience in the logistics industry, strong Excel skills, and enthusiasm for logistics, technology, and e-commerce. You will work under pressure, on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays, to meet KPIs and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in the logistic industry, warehouse, trucking company, or freight forwarding industry.
• Experience in Excel.
• Enthusiastic about logistics, technology, and e-commerce.
• At least 3-5 year of Logistics Industry experience.
• Able to work under pressure and peak deliverables.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of logistics operations including order managing, route planning, and driver coordination.
• Handle incoming calls and requirements from drivers & clients.
• Recruit, train, and induct in-house drivers and drivers-partners to operations excellence.
• Manage all necessary documentation including inventory management, order payments, Proof of Deliveries.
• Consolidate orders to maximize the use of delivery fleet.
• Assist Operations Manager in executing daily operations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPI and business results in the department.
• Assist the management in implementing new strategic initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations.

Who You Are
