Job summary

MOVEITLAH LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable logistics supervisor to oversee the daily hub operations, coordinate deliveries, and ensure smooth and timely movement of goods.

You will lead a small team, arrange drivers and routes, monitor shipments, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold safety standards while driving productivity improvements. Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications welcome.
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence (advantageous).

• Supervise daily hub, sorting, dispatch, and delivery operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely shipments
• Coordinate drivers, vehicles, routes, and delivery schedules to optimize logistics performance
• Monitor shipments actively and resolve delivery or operational issues promptly to maintain service quality
• Ensure accurate handling, scanning, sorting, and documentation of goods to maintain inventory integrity
• Monitor team performance and allocate daily workload to meet operational targets
• Maintain detailed operational and delivery reports for tracking and analysis
• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures to uphold workplace standards
• Support improvements in productivity and operational efficiency through process evaluation and team collaboration
