Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking a Stakeholder Experience Partner on a 2-year contract within the School of Humanities & Interdisciplinary Studies. You will support ENCORE, the NP’s flagship intergenerational hub, helping to establish operations, streamline workflows, and coordinate stakeholder engagements to deliver strategic initiatives.

The role requires at least 5 years in administration, operations, or programme management, with strong organisational skills and experience in process

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in administration, operations, project coordination, or programme management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
• Experience in process improvement or operations optimisation is an advantage.
• Adaptable and proactive in establishing new processes.
• Passion for PMETs aged 50+ and stakeholder-focused initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end admin and ops for ENCORE, enabling programme delivery.
• Develop operating procedures, workflows, and scalable centre operations.
• Manage diverse stakeholder touchpoints across students, seniors, industry partners.
• Track programme outcomes, maintain data repositories, and prepare reports.
• Coordinate procurement, budgeting, resource planning, and logistics.
• Create communications materials and stakeholder engagement content.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, digitalisation, and automation.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings and project teams.
• Support rollout of new initiatives and partnerships in a dynamic environment.
