Job summary

NTU Singapore's co11ab hub seeks an Executive/Senior Executive (Ecosystem Operations & Engagement) to support community operations, member engagement and the delivery of ecosystem activities.

You will coordinate programmes, events, visits and outreach, while maintaining CRM, membership records and marketing communications. The role requires 2–4 years in relevant fields and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Events Management or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, programme coordination, events or operations.
• Experience in an innovation hub, incubator, healthcare, or higher education environment is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional engagement with startups, industry partners and senior management.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and stakeholder management skills; proactive and independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Manage member onboarding, engagement and community-building activities; administer membership programme and communications.
• Coordinate ecosystem visits, stakeholder meetings and visitor management; maintain CRM and records.
• Lead programmes, events and outreach; liaise with speakers, vendors and partners for successful execution.
• Coordinate updates to website and marketing collateral; support LinkedIn, newsletters and community communications.
• Provide operational support and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and member experience.
