Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking a Strategy Lead for the ENCORE hub within NP's School of Humanities & Interdisciplinary Studies on a two-year contract. You will provide leadership for ENCORE, driving design, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives aligned with its 4E framework (Envision, Experiment, Execute, Enjoy).

Working with NP schools, senior professionals, students, and external partners, you will co-create intergenerational programmes, pilot new initiatives, and establish impact

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Sciences, Education, Community Development, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in programme development and partnerships.
• Experience in adult learning and community engagement.
• Proven track record leading complex initiatives.
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, curate and manage ENCORE’s signature programmes and events.
• Deliver training and facilitate learning for ENCORE’s senior and intergenerational cohorts.
• Drive integration of ENCORE’s learning model across NP schools through curriculum innovation.
• Develop and steward ENCORE Ambassadors and senior professionals.
• Forge and manage strategic partnerships across industry, government, community, and educational sectors.
• Establish impact measurement frameworks and prepare strategic reports for stakeholders.
• Lead planning and delivery of flagship events, showcases, and outreach initiatives.
