Job summary

This permanent, full-time position requires vigilance, accuracy, and teamwork to ensure smooth settlement and reconciliation processes. You will work closely with brokers and custodians, perform daily cash and position reconciliations, and provide essential office support to keep the regional office running efficiently.

Qualifications

• A polytechnic level academic qualification or equivalent, with an authorization to work in Singapore.
• A team player with detail-driven, responsible, and proactive.
• Deadline-oriented to meet time-sensitive reporting requirements.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full trade lifecycle for equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
• Coordinate with brokers and custodians to resolve trade breaks and settlements.
• Perform daily cash and position reconciliations across systems.
• Provide basic office support including mail, supplies, and deliveries.
