SANTA LUCIA ASSET MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive to support the daily trade lifecycle across equities, fixed income and derivatives.

This permanent, full-time position requires vigilance, accuracy, and teamwork to ensure smooth settlement and reconciliation processes. You will work closely with brokers and custodians, perform daily cash and position reconciliations, and provide essential office support to keep the regional office running efficiently.

JOB DESCRIPTION: OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (PERMANENT/FULL-TIME)

Key responsibilities will cover:

• Manage the full trade lifecycle for equities, fixed income, and derivatives
• Work with brokers and custodians to resolve trade breaks, settlement issues, and operational discrepancies
• Perform daily reconciliation of cash and positions across internal and external systems
• Basic office administrative support including some day-to-day office requirements alongside colleagues, such as office supplies, receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
