Job summary

Randstad – Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Operations Specialist to support the Technical Service department in Singapore. The role covers service and repair operations, shipping/receiving, and data reporting to meet KPI targets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with at least 1 year of experience and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with ERP/SAP is advantageous. This is a 1 year contract with potential renewal, within an MNC healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma with minimum 1 year of work experience.
• Experience in Sales operations, service and repair operations, project operations or manufacturing operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with ERP, SAP or Service systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support operational activities in the Technical Service department to deliver smooth processes.
• Coordinate repair activities to meet defined KPIs.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders on service and repair operations.
• Handle shipping/receiving activities for equipment repair, spare parts and tools.
• Coordinate shipment, return, and receiving activities.
• Maintain accurate operational data and repair reports in the Service system.
• Perform data analysis and provide process improvement recommendations.

Summary

The individual is responsible for supporting operational activities in the Technical Service department to deliver smooth and efficient processes

Job Responsibility

Support the Operation aspect of the Service department to deliver service and repair activities for our customers.

Coordinate repair activities to ensure service and repair activities are completed within defined KPIs.

Work with internal and external stakeholders.

Involve in operations matter related shipping and receiving activities for equipment repair, spare parts and tools

Coordinate shipment, return, receiving activities

Maintain accurate and timely operational data and repair reports in the Service system.

Perform data analysis and provide recommendations to support process improvement.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any field with minimum 1 year of work experiences

Experience and interest in Sales operations, service and repair operations, project operations, project coordination or manufacturing operations

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with ERP, SAP or Service systems is an advantage.
