Job summary

CTES CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to maintain and optimize service operations. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure SLA achievement and smooth delivery of maintenance-related workflows.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision support, process standardization, and handling diverse admin tasks to ensure high-quality service operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Admin, Operations Management, Engineering or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance operation support / vendor management.
• Hands on experience in SLA management and end to end business process optimization.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance related operation support and coordinate with cross functional internal teams.
• Engage with external partners, monitor SLA compliance and service performance.
• Address service gaps proactively and conduct regular vendor performance reviews.
• Optimize maintenance workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Track operation metrics, prepare reports and support data driven decisions.
• Standardize maintenance SOPs aligned with company quality/safety requirements.
• Support urgent maintenance issues for rapid resolution.
• Serve as internal business process interface with the Group; initiate and track system workflows including service project quotation and service procurement applications.
• Undertake ad-hoc operational and administrative support tasks as assigned to facilitate seamless end to end service operations.

About the Role:

To provide maintenance-focused operation support, collaborating with and overseeing external service partners to ensure their service performance meets agreed SLAs. Continuously drive service process optimization to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Act as an internal process liaison between the company and group legal entities, owning end?to?end tracking for internal business workflows, and undertaking diversified operational administrative tasks to guarantee smooth delivery of overall service operations.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Bachelor degree in Business Admin, Operations Management, Engineering or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance operation support / vendor management.
• Hands on experience in SLA management and end to end business process optimization.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS, procurement or enterprise operation support tools is a plus.
• Logical thinking, highly detail oriented, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent tasks and ad hoc assignments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
