Job summary

PERCEPT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented QA/Operations professional to participate in UAT, document configured matching rules, extraction criteria and testing results, and provide user testing support for new features.

You will follow up on defects to ensure timely closure, monitor post-production activities, and ensure compliance with ACRS standards. The role emphasizes clear communication with stakeholders and adherence to team SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in Operations, Treasury or Securities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical and process-minded with attention to detail
• Hands-on testing and ability to learn quickly for accounting background candidates

Job description

Responsibilities

• To participate in UAT and ad-hoc projects.
• Document all configured matching rules, extraction criteria and testing results.
• Execute test cases and provide user testing support for developed user stories.
• Follow up closely and ensure timely closure of all reported bugs.
• Monitor post-production activities and provide BAU support.
• To ensure compliance of ACRS standards and guidelines within the area of responsibilities, where applicable
• Ensure the processes are executed in line with the SOPs of the team and ensure team members understand their roles

Requirements

• 3-5 years relevant knowledge in Operations, Treasury and/or Securities related
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively with various stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex matters and eye for detail and accuracy
• Analytical and process minded, understand processes and workflows from start to end
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply if they have accounting background and hands‑on testing and analytical experience, along with a positive attitude and the ability to pick up new knowledge quickly.
