Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced operations professional to lead end-to-end trade processing, settlement, and reporting across multiple financial products. The role requires managing settlements for Bonds, Repos, CDS, US Treasuries, and Futures, and handling cash movements with precision.

You will operate custodian portals including Euroclear EasyWay, interpret SWIFT messages (ISO 15022 / ISO 20022), and ensure timely regulatory MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial institutions.
• Hands-on experience with custodian settlement portals (Euroclear EasyWay) and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute trade processing and settlement operations for Bonds, Repos, CDS, US Treasuries, and Futures.
• Manage cash movements and net-off settlement processes.
• Operate custodian bank portals including Euroclear EasyWay for settlements.
• Accurately interpret and process SWIFT messages (ISO 15022 / ISO 20022) to support daily settlements and reporting.
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of regulatory and MIS reports (MAS Trade Repository reporting for CDS).
• Accurately calculate and process monthly introducer fees and broker commissions.
• Act as primary operational contact for Front Office, resolving queries efficiently and professionally.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous operations professional with at least 5 years of experience in financial institutions. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end trade processing, settlement, and operational reporting across multiple financial products, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Trade Processing & Settlement: Execute trade processing and settlement operations for Bonds, Repos, Credit Default Swaps (CDS), US Treasuries (UST), and Futures products.
• Cash & Net-Off Management: Handle net-off settlement processes and manage associated cash movements seamlessly.
• Custodian Platforms: Operate and monitor settlements through custodian bank portals, including Euroclear EasyWay and other relevant platforms.
• SWIFT Messaging: Accurately interpret and process SWIFT messages ( ISO 15022 / ISO 20022 ) to support daily trade settlements and reporting.
• Regulatory & Operational Reporting: Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of critical reports (e.g., Unsettled/Unmatched reports, Overdraft reports, Management Information Systems [MIS] reports, and MAS Trade Repository reporting for CDS).
• Fee & Commission Management: Accurately calculate and process monthly introducer fees and broker commission rebates within established timelines.
• Stakeholder Support: Act as a primary operational point of contact for the Front Office, resolving queries efficiently and professionally.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience within financial institutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with custodian settlement portals (e.g., Euroclear EasyWay) and strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
