PERCEPT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented professional to ensure accurate processing of corporate actions, including the proper authorization of events such as Annual meetings, Dividends, Splits, rights issues and other asset servicing tasks.

You will also provide advisory support to Front office staff on corporate action queries and participate in UAT and ad-hoc projects, while maintaining compliance with established standards and guidelines.

Competenze

• Up to two years handling Corporate Action Events in a Securities Operations or Custody Environment.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Commitment to compliance with applicable standards and guidelines.

• Ensure accurate processing of corporate actions events (e.g., Annual/Extraordinary meetings, Dividends, Coupons, Redemptions, Rights, Bonus issues, Splits, Cash and Exchange Offers).
• Provide advisory support to Front office staff on corporate action queries.

Responsibility:

• To ensure the accurate processing of corporate actions, including the proper authorization of all corporate actions events E.g: Annual / Extraordinary meeting , Dividend, Coupon, Redemptions, Rights, Bonus issue, Split, Cash and Exchange Offer, Adhoc Asset Servicing Assignments (eg. Tailored Corporate Action Handling)
• To ensure compliance of standards and guidelines within the area of responsibilities, where applicable.
• To proactively provide advisory support to Front office staff with regards to their corporate action queries.
• To participate in UAT and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Up to two years handling Corporate Action Events in a Securities Operations or Custody Environment.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
