Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking an Operations Executive to support end-to-end trading operations, including shipment coordination, import/export documentation, contract preparation, and invoicing. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in sales/shipping coordination or trading operations.

Excellent organizational skills and familiarity with LC processing are advantageous. This on-site position is based in the Central region of Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales coordination, shipping coordination or trading operations.
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and international shipping processes.
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit processing would be advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, organised and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loading and shipment schedules with internal teams, suppliers, customers and logistics service providers.
• Handle a full set of import and export shipping documents.
• Support Letter of Credit processing, including reviewing LC terms, preparing the required documents and ensuring compliance with stipulated conditions.
• Prepare purchase and sales contracts.
• Process sales orders and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Perform data entry and issue invoices through the ERP system.
• Monitor shipment progress and follow up on documentation or operational issues.

• Work Days: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm
