Job summary

Great Eastern in Singapore seeks a versatile Business Solution Analyst to support delivery across Claims and Group Operations. You will be deployed flexibly, gathering requirements and coordinating testing through to implementation and handover.

Collaborating with business users, Group IT, internal control functions and vendors, you will plan activities, manage risks, and ensure readiness for production and BAU. A degree in a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, project delivery, system implementation, change management, testing, or production support.
• Experience within insurance, financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries preferred.
• Knowledge of requirements management, SDLC, UAT, release management, risk tracking, and transition to BAU.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end business analysis for assigned initiatives, including gathering requirements and documenting them.
• Partner with business users, Group IT, data teams, internal control functions, and external vendors to develop practical solutions.
• Prepare test strategies, test scenarios, test cases, and test data; coordinate user participation; support testing and sign-off readiness.
• Plan and coordinate project and enhancement activities, including timelines, dependencies, and deployment readiness.
• Track enhancements, remediation and risk-related activities; manage actions, owners, dates, and progress to closure.
• Maintain delivery tracking and provide status updates on progress, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Support production issues and operational improvements across portfolios via investigation and resolution with teams and vendors.
• Contribute to process improvement, workflow transformation, automation, digitalisation across Claims and Group Operations.
• Knowledge or experience in healthcare services, provider management, or related digital healthcare journeys is advantageous.
• Strong planning and collaboration skills, with ability to coordinate activities across portfolios.
