Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to own end-to-end solutions across the full delivery lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and post-go-live validation.

The role requires 5+ years in regulated environments, strong requirements engineering, and effective stakeholder engagement within multidisciplinary teams. You will support governance, testing, and implementation assurance to ensure compliant, auditable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Solid end-to-end ownership mindset and accountability for delivery outcomes.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience as an IT Business Analyst or equivalent in regulated environments.
• Proven experience across business process analysis, solution selection, vendor engagement, tender processes, testing, and implementation.
• Advanced requirements engineering and documentation discipline.
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Effective stakeholder engagement across business, compliance, IT, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Business Analyst Solution Ownership across full lifecycle.
• Own requirements traceability and ensure approved requirements are delivered as intended.
• Act as functional authority and provide decision support throughout delivery.
• Lead structured analysis of business needs and regulatory obligations.
• Translate requirements into testable functional/non-functional specs with audit-ready docs.
• Support governance on COTS evaluation, tender criteria, and vendor assessments.
• Assist in testing activities (SIT, UAT, ORT) and defect triage.
• Ensure solution validation, implementation readiness, and post-go-live validation.
