Job summary

Prudential Assurance Company Singapore (PTE) Limited is seeking a Business Analyst to support delivery across its claims digital enablement initiatives. You will translate claims business needs into testable requirements and partner with Claims, operations, product, technology and cross-functional teams to implement strategic changes that improve claims process efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in business analysis, digital enablement, process improvement or transformation roles.
• Experience in insurance or financial services, preferably with exposure to Claims operations.
• Hands-on experience delivering system enhancements, digital projects or process transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with requirements gathering, testing, change implementation and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across business and technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements gathering, functional analysis and documentation across claims initiatives.
• Gather end-to-end requirements across customer, agent and internal claims journeys.
• Lead requirement walkthroughs with Claims, operations, technology and stakeholders.
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate solution options and translate business needs into implementable solutions.
• Act as a claims domain SME with strong understanding of claims processes and downstream dependencies.
• Assess change impacts across claims and integrated systems; align scope and risks.
• Support UAT planning, test scenario review and defect triage.
• Draft or update SOPs, user guides and training materials; support post-launch stabilization.
