Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems.
• Previous experience in operations, customer service, administration, or manpower coordination will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage customer service schedules and appointments.
• Handle service arrangements, rescheduling, follow-ups, and customer enquiries.
• Plan daily work schedules and routes for technicians, drivers, and operational staff.
• Assign daily duties and monitor staff work progress and productivity.
• Manage employee attendance, leave applications, and manpower planning.
• Prepare and maintain employee productivity, attendance, and operational reports.
• Monitor customer feedback, Google Reviews, complaints, and service quality.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve customer and operational issues.
• Maintain product usage, inventory, and operational records.
• Prepare regular reports for management review.
• Assist with recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Monitor new employees' performance and provide guidance when required.
• Support management in improving operational processes, workflow, and service quality.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned by management.
