Job summary

Rental Hygiene Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to assist the contract manager with ticket review, closure, and documentation across installation, withdrawal, maintenance, and ad hoc service tasks.

You will liaise with technicians and sales to resolve backlog, obtain PODs, update installation location records, and maintain accurate contract folders. Strong communication and meticulous organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office with Excel formulas is a plus.
• Comfort with handling sensitive documents and maintaining databases.

• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist the contract manager in reviewing, verifying, and closing all technicians' tickets, including installation, withdrawal, ad hoc maintenance, and service tickets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely closure.
• Liaise closely with technicians and the sales team to follow up and resolve outstanding or backlog tickets promptly.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all installation, withdrawal, maintenance, and ad hoc service tickets in the designated contract folders to ensure accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval.
• Attend to customer enquiries and call-ins professionally and assist customers by coordinating and obtaining Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation as required.
• Update and maintain accurate records of dispenser installation locations within the service card folder and related systems.
• Monitor ticket status and follow up on pending documentation to ensure all service records are complete and up to date.
• Provide operational support and coverage on installation, withdrawal, and ad hoc maintenance tickets during periods of absence or increased workload to ensure continuity of daily operations.
• Support the department with administrative and coordination duties as assigned to ensure smooth and efficient service deliver
