Job summary

Responsibilities

Operational risk management support: identify, assess, and monitor risks across banking operations and processes.
Process improvement: review workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and control effectiveness.
Automation initiatives: assist in process enhancement and system automation projects.
Data analysis: analyze operational data, trends, and performance metrics to inform decisions.
Risk and control reviews: assist in evaluating process risks, control gaps, and inefficiencies, and develop practical recommendations.
Project support: participate in improvement and transformation projects including planning, testing, and monitoring.
