Responsibilities

• Support Risk & Control Reviews across business units through research and data gathering.
• Assist in uplifting the Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) programme.
• Analyse operational risk events, KRIs, and control weaknesses for improvement.
• Support data quality reviews and governance within risk systems.
• Contribute to process reviews, control assessments, and root-cause analysis.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and management updates for risk oversight.
