Responsibilities

• Support Third Party Risk Management system implementation with documentation and data preparation.
• Assist in creating user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
• Support Enterprise GRC platform releases including Business Continuity and Policy Management.
• Participate in user testing, document issues, and support resolution efforts.
• Review existing processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Explore practical AI use cases within governance, risk, and compliance.
• Support data preparation, analysis, validation, and reporting activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and maintain project docs.
• Assist on ad‑hoc risk management and transformation initiatives.
