DHL Supply Chain Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a capable recruiter support professional to join the People Resourcing Centre and assist the Talent Acquisition team with high-volume frontline hiring, particularly for warehouse and operations roles.

You will handle postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding administration, and reporting, while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with managers and partners.

Qualificações

• Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• HR, recruitment or admin experience would be advantageous.
• Fresh graduates with strong coordination and admin skills are welcome to apply.
• Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Able to commit to a 6-month contract.

Responsabilidades

• Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination
• Assist with high-volume frontline hiring activities and recruitment events
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates on required documents and next steps
• Support pre-employment and onboarding administration for new hires
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records and trackers
• Prepare recruitment statistics and reports
• Liaise with hiring managers, candidates and external partners on recruitment matters
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as required
