Experience in logistics recruitment and familiarity with ATS platforms will help you build a robust candidate pipeline and contribute to retention strategies in a dynamic supply chain environment.

Qualificações

• Diploma in HR or Business Management is required.
• Preferably 1 year of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience in logistics and supply chain recruitment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify frontline staffing needs
• Sourcing and interviewing potential candidates through diverse channels
• End-to-end recruitment of frontline positions
• Create and maintain a strong frontline candidate pipeline and internal database
• Facilitate onboarding of new hires
• Monitor onboarding engagement and retention efforts

Under the DHL Supply Chain umbrella, one of the business units of DHL, we provide customized logistics and industry solutions in the areas of supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, value added services, and lead logistics provider services for our customers - helping them deliver better results everyday.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify frontline staffing needs
• Sourcing and interviewing of potential candidates through different sourcing channels (e.g. social platforms, institutions and professional networks)
• End to end recruitment of frontline positions
• Creation of strong frontline candidate pipeline and maintaining of internal candidate database
• Facilitate on-boarding of new hires
• Monitor new hire engagement pulse, design and implement retention strategies

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources or Business Management
• Preferably 1 year of experience in end to end recruitment. Specialising in frontline hiring would be advantageous
• Experience working in the Logistics & Supply Chain Industry would be advantageous
• Experience with using Recruitment ATS (eg. Taleo, Work Day, TalentLink, Oracle) will be advantageous
• Strong communication skills
• Resilient and takes initiative
