LEGATE ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Operations Intern to support daily operations, project coordination, and cross-functional teamwork within a fast-growing home improvement and installation business in Singapore.

You will gain hands-on exposure to scheduling, documentation, and process improvement while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations. Suitable for diploma or degree students in business or related fields and knowledge of Excel, Word and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Management, or related disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Operations Coordination: assist with daily operational and administrative tasks.
• Project & Customer Support: monitor project timelines and installation schedules; follow up with internal teams.
• Documentation & Process Management: maintain reports, records and filing systems; ensure data accuracy.
• Cross-Department Exposure: collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, HR, and Operations.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and support new processes.
